Barbara Bannon specializes in human resource management and organization development. She is the author of two books, "Risky Business, Overcoming Fear and Mastering the Art of Conflict Resolution" and "The Empty Desk Survival Guide" as well as several articles. Her career started as Director of Placement and Public Relations for a private business school in Tulsa. She then moved to the corporate environment at a public utility where she worked as a training and development specialist in human resources. Her next move was to another fortune 500 Company as Manager of Employee Relations for corporate headquarters, with 900 employees, and head of training and development system-wide for 6000 employees. She became an independent consultant in the area of human resources and organization development in 1989 and since has consulted with, and coached, hundreds of organizations and individuals in her career.

Barbara's specialty is in the area of conflict management and mediation, whether it be coaching individuals, mediating conflict between two people or within a team, she also designs and instructs workshops on a variety of leadership and management topics. She is certified through the Supreme Court of Oklahoma to do both civil and divorce mediation and conducts dozens of mediations each year. Additionally, she served ten years as an Adjunct professor in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa where she was given special recognition as an outstanding instructor.

Annette Johnson is an accomplished leader with extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resource (HR) and Operations Management. She has a record of success working in manufacturing, aerospace and service industries. She has served as a member of strategic planning teams, established and re-envisioned HR departments to grow successful organizations. Some of her core competencies include legal compliance, management training and development, employee relations, organizational assessment and design, change management, performance management, benefit and compensation design and management, risk assessment, talent acquisition and retention.

She has worked in executive management positions to align decision makers and resources to successfully build programs that support and drive the organization's business philosophy, culture, vision, mission, values, resources and strategic objectives. Over her twenty plus year career, she has developed into a creative, adaptive and facilitative leader who helps build organizations that can achieve operational excellence and profitability while fostering positive employee and employer relations.

Annette achieved a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from University of North Texas and shortly thereafter attained The Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from The HR Certification Institute. She serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State - Spears School of Business, is a certified mediator through the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and has conducted both court mandated and corporate mediations. She is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Tulsa Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA), Tulsa Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinators Association (TEEOCA), Employment Practices Risk Management (EPRM) as well as other organizations, and actively volunteers in the community.

In her current role as a professional consultant, she collaborates with profit and non-profit organizations to identify needs, enable change, engage people and deliver customized solutions to achieve desired results.
